aja aja fighting!

today's already sunday. man this weekend has been so unproductive. semalam marathon cerita full house. yes i've watched some of the episodes in malaysia. intended to watch only those i missed, but this story's too cute to be skipped! aja aja fighting! but in malaysian version (some chinese dialect la), they changed it to 'go go chaiyo' . i think i prefer the korean one..

this morning..tried to study. still in the mood of 'aja aja fighting' la kononnya. saw a patient with sarcoidosis yesterday..so sarcoidosis was what i read. i might as well put some stuff i remember about it here...

what? multi-system granulomatous disease. unknown cause. mostly (90% kot) affect the lungs. histo? non caseating granulomas. usually resolves spontaneously.
clinical feats? uveitis, erythema nodosum, arthropathy, BHL, lymphadenopathy, hypercalcemia..banyak lg ni...
Ix? none specific. ESR level useful. ACE level increased. Ca2+ also increased. CXR or CT for BHL. also do mantoux/tuberculin test to exclude TB.

err..just bits & pieces..what else? i must know more than that right? i mean, i read more than that. so where did the rest of the facts go? oh i'm so hopeless...

tadi chat dengan adik2, there were just lisa, mirah and papa. hannan tak balik weekend ni. i wonder how's that boy doing lah..last week his evil senior asked him to 'tolong' amekkan gambar2 dia kat photo shop..and ask hannan to pay for it! poor hannan.. his rm15 gone just like that...why la these seniors so evil..tau tak bila pau junior tu sama la macam mencuri..haram!! i really wanna kick those seniors' a**!!

fifi has gone back to his hostel. this bro of mine really have problem with keeping promise lah. sigh...

pmr's only 1 week away. mirah macam cool je about it. that's good rite? i mean there's no need to be nervous about it rite? huhu..i think i'm the one panicking now..

baiklah..roger and out.
